One more successful accomplishment of China-UK Low Carbon's students!

Recently, power engineering students from LCC achieved the first prize in the Shanghai Jiao Tong's Internet Plus Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition The team was composed of the students Zhang Di, Xu Zhejun, Guo Hao, He Tao, Wen Canhua, Zhu Yong, Li Yubei, and Ma Ruize and was supervised by Professor Dong Xue. The project of LCC's students consisted of the design and production of a versatile auto-drive platform called SJTU Walker. The project is highlighted by the use of low-cost sensors and high-performance object recognition algorithms that allow accurate navigation and can be applied to multiple functions such as product delivery, patrolling and disaster relief.
